Reactive depression is very common in a person that has lost a loved one, a marriage has been interrupted, or financial crisis has occurred. These people, for several weeks, or even several months tend to feel very low and depressed, and show a sign of less interest within their daily routines. Eventually the person that is suffering from reactive depression will notice these feelings fading away and they will return back to their normal routine. This category of depression is usually a temporary disorder.
